Andrew C. Rushing is an associate with Mathis, Marifian & Richter (MM&R), who focuses his practice in business law, taxation, estate planning and real estate law. Andrew provides quality counsel to meet the individual needs of a variety of clients in matters pertaining to corporate organizations, sales and acquisitions, real estate transactions, corporate taxation and partnership taxation.
